VIOLÊNCIA NO TRABALHO NOS ENFERMEIROS NO SERVIÇO DE URGÊNCIA - SCOPING REVIEW.

- Abstract
Enquadramento: a violência no trabalho tem sido motivo de preocupação para os organismos da saúde a nível mundial, dado o número crescente de episódios de violência ligados aos profissionais de saúde em particular contra os enfermeiros. Neste contexto, os enfermeiros que desempenham funções no serviço de urgência estão mais expostos a episódios de violência motivado pelas particularidades do serviço. Objetivos: mapear a evidência sobre a violência no trabalho nos enfermeiros do serviço de urgência. Metodologia: scoping review, seguindo os critérios de elegibilidade Joana Briggs Institute: população refere-se a estudos relacionados com enfermeiros, o conceito refere-se a estudos de violência no trabalho, e o contexto refere-se a estudos no serviço de urgência. Definiu-se como critérios de inclusão: estudos realizados em serviços de urgência no Continente Europeu e Reino Unido. O desenho do estudo foi realizado nas bases de dados eletrónicas CINAHL via EBSCO, MEDLINE via Pubmed, Portal Nacional da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, Scielo e OpenGrey através da frase booleana: ((workplace violence [Title/Abstract]) AND (nurs*[Title/Abstract])) AND (emergency*[Title/Abstract]), entre 26/10/2022 a 1/11/2022. Resultados: foram incluídos 9 artigos. Podemos evidenciar que agressão verbal é a prevalente. A principal causa desencadeadora de violência é o elevado tempo espera. A evidência define com principal estratégia preventiva de violência: a formação e treino em gestão de situações de violência. Conclusão: o fenómeno violência é um fenómeno crescente, trata-se de um problema de saúde pública e de direitos humanos com grande impacto na saúde e bem-estar na sociedade. Devendo cada instituição de saúde responsabilizar-se pela criação de medidas preventivas capazes de agir sobre as causas de violência e estabelecer uma política clara de prevenção.
