Abdominal computed tomography later revealed significant hepatomegaly with modestly diminished parenchymal attenuation, pancreatic medial displacement due to liver pressure and an aberrant axis of right kidney B ( b Figure 1B B ). b Therefore, transjugular liver biopsy was performed for a certain diagnosis. (C) Low-power field liver histopathology showed preserved liver architecture without portal inflammation or bile duct damage.
