- Abstract
The article presents a case study a 36-year-old female with progressive behavioral disturbances, dementia, involuntary movements and a family history of early-onset dementia accompanied by involuntary movements who was presented to an outpatient clinic in Krakow, Poland in March 2011. He was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's disease as a result of mutation in exon 12 of the presenilin I (PSEN-I) gene.
