- Abstract
The article discusses a study which investigated the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS), as well as its apoptosis induction through Gts1p-mediated protein aggregate formation. The study used agarose gel electrophoresis to examine the degrees of Gts1p-mediated protein aggregation. Results suggested that protein aggregates mediated by Gts1p influence the mitochondrial regulation of ROS apoptosis and production.
