- Abstract
The article discusses a study which investigates the effect of soy isoflavone aglycones (IFAs) on myeloid cells. It is stated that the cell surface expression of both cell differentiation antigen 80 (CD80) and CD86 was up-regulated by treating myeloid cells with IFAs in vitro and in vivo. The study suggests that IFAs could modulate the myeloid cell function.
