- Abstract
Two‐dimensional materials have been studied for nearly two decades and are widely used in the field of photocatalytic CO2 reduction due to their excellent physicochemical properties. This review categorizes and presents selected 2D materials using a taxonomy of top‐down and bottom‐up strategies. We highlight some work that has the potential for batch preparation and summarize the prospects and challenges of batch fabrication of 2D materials.
