- Abstract
The article examines an accurate beryllium-silicon phase diagram established by means of differential thermal analysis methods supplemented by microstructure observations. The phases for the samples in the beryllium-silicon system and phase transition temperatures are shown. The microstructure observation was performed with optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The back scattering images for all samples used are presented.
