- Abstract
The article reports that Influenza activity increased among all age groups, and rates of influenza-associated hospitalization among children were high in November, 2022. Topics include whole genome sequencing of influenza virus specimens were analyzed to assess influenza activity and secondary illness risk; and data on emergency department visits for influenza-like illness (ILI-ED) and influenza-associated hospitalizations were obtained from the Electronic Surveillance System.
