- Abstract
For comparisons between different conditions, the degranulation ratio was used, calculated as the ratio of the surface of extracellular isolated granule surfaces and degranulation surfaces to total EPX-stained surfaces. The degranulation ratio is the ratio of the surface of extracellular isolated granules and degranulation areas to total EPX surfaces.
