- Abstract
The article focuses on anemia in pregnant women. It is noted that in three randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to date, the effectiveness of anthelminthic treatment to reduce anemia during pregnancy has been examined. It is mentioned that both short-term and long-term prevention and control strategies will benefit a sustainable reduction in STH-attributable maternal anemia.
