- Abstract
The article presents a case study on not changing the principal of a school in the U.S. following the implementation of the U.S. economic policy governing the school system and the management of expenses in school districts. It mentions the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 and the role of a school principal in ensuring adherence to the Act. School district consolidation and leadership for learning are discussed in the light of the act.
