- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 68-year-old woman who underwent evaluation for chronic nasal obstruction which was treated previously with topical corticosteroids for six months. During her nasal endoscopic evaluation, a hypertrofic and hard-on palpation on the left inferior turbinate was noticed obstructing completely the left nasal airway. Her computed tomography (CT) scan revealed the osseous which was hypertrophy of the left inferior turbinate, compatible with a fibro-osseous lesion.
