- Abstract
The article discusses a study on the synthesis and antiproliferative properties of chloropyridazine derivatives in human cancer cell lines. Topics include the formation of chloropyridazine mostly through substitution reaction, the inhibitory effects of chloropyridazines against breast cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma cells and the potential of chloropyridazine derivatives as antitumor candidates.
