C-reactive protein can be used to predict the therapeutic effects of nivolumab in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma The nivolumab therapy was discontinued because of disease progression in 17 patients, and because of adverse events without disease progression in seven patients. The impact of change in serum C-reactive protein level on the prediction of effects of molecular targeted therapy in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma.
