- Abstract
This article discusses a case report of a woman in her thirties who presented with painful skin lesions on her trunk, extremities, and face. After a skin biopsy, she was diagnosed with neutrophilic eccrine hidradenitis (NEH). The patient also reported other symptoms such as recurrent oral aphthae, fever, and episodes of meningitis. After further evaluation, she was diagnosed with Behçet's disease (BD) and started on adalimumab, which resulted in significant improvement of her symptoms. The article highlights the importance of further research on BD and the need for more information on less-reported symptoms and treatment outcomes.
