- Abstract
In laparoscopic surgery for right-sided colon cancer, however, many variations of vessels and complicated anatomy surrounding the pancreas are challenging for surgeons. Second, hepatic flexure mobilization is performed and the transverse mesocolon is mobilized from the pancreas head and duodenum as much as possible. Consequently, hepatic flexure mobilization was performed and the transverse mesocolon was mobilized cranially from the pancreas head and duodenum as much as possible.
