- Abstract
The article reports that the researchers from the University of Southampton, Great Britain presented an additive manufacturing technique using carbon dioxide (CO20 laser that allows the design of multilayer devices without disturbing photonic structures. It mentions that it allows the fabrication of devices on exotic substrates which is not suitable for furnace processing.
