The article explores the influence of Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID)-supported harm reduction projects on the policy and operational practices of law enforcement agencies in Southeast Asia. It notes that the initiatives are aimed at developing law enforcement harm reduction policy and curriculum, as well as the implementation of specific harm reduction training for law enforcement officers. Among the programs cited include the Asia Regional HIV/AIDS Project (AHRP).
