- Abstract
6 Haycraft K, Cooke L. Rapid and sustained improvement in a patient with plaque psoriasis switched to brodalumab after failing treatment clearance on six other biologic therapies. Among 783 patients treated between November 2020 and November 2021 we identified 10 multi-resistant patients. This difference may be related to the fact that older patients are more likely to experience more treatment options over time, also considering the similar age of onset.
