- Abstract
The article presents the case of an end-stage renal disease patient with left-arm radiocephalic dialysis bridge graft. Doppler ultrasound showed outflow stenosis of the cephalic vein. The stenosis was treated with a cutting balloon, which was then inflated to achieve vessel dilatation. Subsequent angiography showed removal of the stenosis, but extravasation of contrast material. Balloon tamponade with the same conventional balloon catheter and external compression were performed successfully.
