- Abstract
The article presents a study on the possible impact of population and high-risk strategies on coronary heart disease and stroke. For the study, researchers conducted a cardiovascular disease (CVD) survey in south-eastern Australia from 2004 to 2006. They observed that a population scheme could lessen cardiovascular events by 19.3 percent among men and 21.9 percent among women. They concluded that it is vital to handle high-risk patients.
