- Abstract
The article discusses a study on the relations among some important chemical properties of organic and conventional dried apricot fruits. The study shows that vitamin A is correlated with epicatechin and caffeic acid. It also suggests that vitamin A is correlated positively with epicatechin and negatively with caffeic acid, and that there was no correlation between humidity and chemical properties.
