- Abstract
In pregnancies following cervical conisation, absence of the vaginal portion of the cervix (ectocervix) makes it difficult to perform cervical cerclage. With the use of the new-dedicated devise, we can perform cervical cerclage in pregnant women in the absence of an ectocervix following cervical conisation as easily and in the same way as in common cervical cerclage of historical indication.
