- Abstract
The article reports a study which investigated the effects of rhythmic auditory stimulation (RAS) on gait patterns in comparison with changes after neurodevelopmental treatment in adults with cerebral palsy. The results revealed that RAS significantly improved cadence, and walking velocity whereas neurodevelopmental treatment did not show the same improvements of temporal measures. The results indicate that there are differential effects of RAS and neurodevelopmental treatment.
