- Abstract
The authors reflect on the study "Five-year relative survival for human papillomavirus-associated cancer sites" by H. Razzaghi and colleagues. They discuss the results of the study which offered up-to-date data quantifying the problem of HPV-associated cancer survival. The authors note that the study exposed the reality that at least one-third of all patients die within five years of developing an HPV-associated cancer.
