- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 42-year old male with abdominal pain. It states that the patient underwent several procedures such as oesophagogastroduodenoscopy, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance enteroclysis. He was diagnosed with diaphragm disease and was told to refrain from taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The article discusses the possible causes of the diaphragm disease such as anaemia, gastrointestinal bleeding and obstruction.
