Evaluates the one-antigen-mismatched cord blood transplantation in a child with Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia during pulmonary aspergillosis. Treatment of leukemia by anti-fungal therapy; Requirement of intensive chemotherapy for the disease; Use of allogenic bone marrow transplantation.
