- Title
Mog1 to tbx5‐cryab/hspb2: A novel signalling network potentiates heart failure?

- Abstract
Although it is unknown by what mechanism I Mog1 i affects I tbx5b i expression, co-transfection of I Mog1 i and I Tbx5 i significantly enhanced luciferase activity when binding to the I cryab i or I hspb2 i promoter regions. MOG1 controls the Ran-GTP cycle by stimulating the release of GTP from Ran-GTP and remaining bound to nucleotide-free Ran. Identified by RNA-seq and validated by RT-PCR, the I Mog1 i dependant expressions of I tbx5 i , I cryab i and I hspb2 i placed these genes downstream of I Mog1 i .
