- Abstract
The article discusses a study describing the ecological and biological characters of asexual wingless morphs of banana aphid, Pentalonia nigronervosa namely typica and caladii. According to the study, caladii showed a higher reproductive and longer reproductive duration as compared to typica. It further demonstrates the formation of larger colonies by caladii than typica and suggests that these morphs have different genotypes.
