- Abstract
An 81-year-old woman who had an acute infarction in left middle cerebral artery territory 6 months ago underwent SP 18 sp F-FP-CIT PET to evaluate subsequently developed bradykinesia in her right arm. The characteristic pattern of FP-CIT binding decrease in Parkinson's disease demonstrates early dopamine transporter loss in posterior PTd, while FP-CIT binding in TS is relatively spared [[2]].
