The aim is the determine the priority order of the dimensions of the concept of organizational inertia and which dimension creates more resistance to change. Five companies are not yet adopted the CE, and five are about to transition to the CE. Findings: It has been determined that the most critical inertia dimension in the transition to CE is psychological inertia (0.45). In the Insight inertia, 'not trying to observe and learn new concepts to change' (0,33); In the action inertia, 'not accepting suggestions to change the way of solving problems' (0.33); In the psychological inertia, "employees feel threatened by any organizational changes."
