- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 73-year-old man suffering from paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF) was taken to the center for cryoballoon catheter ablation. Topics discussed include observation of patent foramen ovale by using radiofrequency needle in a single transseptal puncture, no signs of pulmonary vein stenosis after the follow-up period of procedure, and defect of iatrogenic atrial septal through transesophageal echocardiography noticed in left to right shunt after the procedure.
