- Authors

- Abstract
A previously unknown phantom phenomenon, detected in instrumental recording in the long-wave infrared band, of the anomalous anisotropy of spectral energy brightness in the local layer of the atmosphere, covering a marine technical object, is considered. A review of previous results, existing points of view, and the authors' version of the reasons for the occurrence of phantoms are presented.
