This study aimed at evaluating the safety of delivering COVID-19-mRNA vaccination to pediatric patients with a history of PEG-ASNase allergy. Prevaccination skin prick and/or intradermal testing for the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine, PEG, and/or Polysorbate 80 was not offered as patients were prioritized to be seen urgently and skin testing may have delayed the vaccination process.
