- Abstract
The article focuses on the lessons learned by people concerning the right to vote under former U.S. President George W. Bush's administration. The administration does not support the right to vote simply because it was elected due to series of voting rights failures. The case of the butterfly votes wherein it changes some difference of the right to vote of more than 31,000 Floridian was presented. During that administration, both substantial frauds that control over independent truth and procedural administrations transformed from an unbiased protector of voting right into a political actor. Accordingly, people need to look forward of the obligation of organization to make sure all citizens have the right to vote and the rules in voting system must be clearly established and be recognized.
