- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 66-year-old woman was diagnosed with multicentric reticulohistiocytosis (MRH) based on clinical and histopathological findings. Her dermoscopic findings of smaller, multiple papular lesions adjacent to the proximal nailfold included multiple, branched vessels surrounded by whitish brown collarette. Her cutaneous spectrum of MRH includes papulonodular rash, periungual telangiectasias, reddish brown nodules, papules, plaques and xanthelasma.
