- Abstract
A study is presented which investigates some of the links between pro-criminal videogames and antisocial cognitive processes to determine whether criminal thinking could be manipulated by exposure to common criminal stimuli, namely a popular North American news show and a popular antisocial videogame (Grand Theft Auto IV). Topics covered include the immediate effect of engaging in criminal video gameplay on implicit measures of criminal thinking.
