- Title
Reducing Fear of Failure in Young Children.
- Abstract
This article looks at the article "Of failure in young children," by R. Wood from "Physical Educator." The author states that social evaluation processes as well as a child's sense of competence and self-esteem are closely linked to fear of failure. He suggests that teachers of young children need to maximize success oriented experiences while minimalizing the sense of failure in their classrooms.
