- Abstract
The article discusses a case of a 46-year-old man, who was diagnosed with verrucous herpes. It says that the patient reported painful popular lesions on the left middle finger and a history of HIV-1 infection on antiretroviral therapy. The patient was administered with oral acyclovir, but reported worsened lesion after 2 weeks of treatment. He was treated with foscarnet therapy and was prescribed with oral acyclovir upon discharge.
