- Abstract
The article presents a case study of an 11-year-8-month-old female patient who has swelling and pain in the right eye and diplopia, abdominal pain, and vomiting for 15-day period. It states that the orbital computed tomography (CT) has shown enlargement of the extraocular muscles and orbital magnetic resonance images (MRI) shown gross enlargement of extraocular muscles belly. She was diagnosed with orbital myositis (OM) and was treated with methylprednisolone, corticosteroid, and steroid.
