- Abstract
A method was developed for the determination of 14 organochlorine pesticide residues in Baijiu (Chinese liquor) by GC-MS/MS. The sample was separated by HP-5MS chromatographic column and then analyzed by mass spectrometry, the interference of complex matrix in Baijiu was removed by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, and the compounds were quantified by retention time and abundance ratio of characteristic ions and quantitated by external standard method. Under experimental conditions, the detection limit of the method was 0.01-0.11 μg/L, the relative standard deviation (RSD)was 2.7%-11.1%, and the average standard recovery rate of the samples were 80.88%-115.28%. The method was simple in operation, high in recovery rate and stable in result, which could meet the requirement of organochlorine pesticide residues analysis in Baijiu.
