- Abstract
The article focuses on the treatment of patients suffering from temporomandibular joint problems. According to the author, patients who have subluxations of one or both temporomandibular joints can have a case history of headaches, cervical neuralgia, fatigue, and myofacial neuralgia. The author performs a clinical examination of the patients that includes palpating the temporomandibular joint areas for subluxations and crepitus. The article also discusses the case history of several patients. A 38-year-old female suffered from double subluxations of the temporomandibular joints, and she had severe headaches and cervical neuralgia. A 22-year-old male had pain in the left temporomandibular joint.
