- Abstract
Each mass had a hyperechoic centre and connection with the vagina, which represented that the masses were double cervix These findings indicated isolated fetal uterus didelphys. Uterus didelphys is a duplication of the uterus and cervix due to failure of fusion of two Müllerian ducts. Neonatal ultrasound confirmed the prenatal diagnosis of uterus didelphys by showing double uterus and cervix.
