- Abstract
Twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) is a complication affecting 20% of monochorionic twin pregnancies. PPROM, preterm prelabor rupture of membranes. gl Our study highlights the notion that TTTS may present without amniotic fluid discordance due to spontaneous rupture of the intertwin membrane in up to 1.6% of cases.
