- Abstract
Presents a study that examined anti-tumor activity and toxic effect of an adenoviral vector expressing the GFP/TRAIL fusion gene from the hTERT promoter on human breast cancer cell lines and on normal human breast cells. Levels of transgene expression upon treatment with Ad/gTRAIL; Effectiveness of the treatment in killing breast cancer lines resistant to doxorubicin; Level of transgene toxicity detected.
