- Abstract
The article discusses end stage renal disease (ESRD) secondary to lupus nephritis in an Asian female. The patient, who lost the graft of a deceased donor kidney transplant five days the operation, was pregnant with hypertension and intra-uterine growth retardation with absent end diastolic flow. Post caesarian pathology of the placenta showed vascular thrombosis and decidual necrosis.
