- Abstract
Presents the case of a 40-year-old man with necrobiotic xanthogranuloma (NXG), a chronic granulomatous disease of the skin and extracutaneous tissues and is generally associated with a paraproteinemia (PP). Theories that explain the development of NXG from hematological dyscrasia; Confirmation of the high frequency of periorbital localization.
