The article reports on the revoke decision regarding the patent on a method for the generation of human embryonic stem cells in Munich, Germany. The ruling discloses a foreseen setback for the stem cell research conducted by University of Bonn neurologist Oliver Br⛼stle that has been overruled by Greenpeace. The organization charges Br⛼stle; for undergoing the research which was contrary to public order.
