- Abstract
In this article, the author discusses the flaw issues on a study regarding energy boomtown counties and their social conditions in the U.S. The author scrutinizes the validity of the research where, he suggests for its reanalysis. The author cites the increasing number of criminals in those energy-producing towns and cities, particularly sex offenders. The author also tackles the role of human population growth in social change.
