- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 43-year-old woman diagnosed with nodular-type muscular sarcoidosis. Case highlights include tender nodule identified on the radial aspect of her forearm, granulomatous myositis with epithelioid sarcoid granulomata according to muscle biopsy, and micronodular pulmonary pattern revealed by chest computed tomography scan.
